    Belfast Zen

  • Miriam gives a massage
    Therapies

    A variety of complementary therapies including massage and reflexology are available in our treatment room. Trained counsellors are also available.

What is Maitri?

Maitri can be translated as loving kindness, friendliness, compassion, benevolence, good will, active interest in others, love without clinging. Maitri is from Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language in which many yoga texts were written.
