    Sarah Lynch practices thai & sacral abdominal massage from our treatment room. Other complementary therapies including massage and reflexology are also available.

What is Maitri?

Maitri can be translated as loving kindness, friendliness, compassion, benevolence, good will, active interest in others, love without clinging. Maitri is from Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language in which many yoga texts were written.
